The Afton Dance Club, Edinburgh, Scotland ~ THURSDAYS

Our main Ballroom Dancing and Latin dance venue is at the "Thomas Morton Hall" in Leith, Edinburgh, sometimes also known as the Leith Town Hall. You'll find it at 28 Ferry Road, the junction of Ferry Road and Great Junction Street, however, when you get there, the hall is tucked away a wee bit behind the Library and Registrar's office on Ferry Road. There is on site parking for a limited number of vehicles. Check out the details on a map here! We use this hall for our regular Thursday evening dancing, running year round from 8.00 p.m. till approximately 10.30 p.m.

Click here for More Dance details The hall is well decorated with a large hardwood floor, easy to dance on for both Latin Dance and Ballroom Dancing styles. Capacity is about 200, depending on the type of function in place, and the hall is well used for different types of dancing. Each Monday evening, our friends from the Edinburgh Ballroom Dancing Association also use the hall as a Ballroom Dancing and Latin Dance venue, DETAILS HERE.
